2073591 - Assignment Profile is no longer re-assigning entities

• Assignment Profile is no longer re-assigning entities (curricula, roles, etc.) to a user.
• Users in the "Existing users in Assignment Profile" or in "Preview Users in Assignment Profile" are not being assigned entities by the AP.

When an admin modifies or removes an assignment made by an Assignment Profile (AP), the User is no longer synced to that particular AP and will not be updated by it. This modification may have been done either manually or via connector.

The system lets Admin actions override the AP relation.

You can do the following to assign the entity via AP again:

1. Add a rule to the AP that removes the affected users.  Propagate the AP. Then remove the rule you just added, and propagate the AP again. (This way the AP rules are not changed permanently)
2. The other solution is to create a new AP.

Curricula/Role will not be assigned twice.
