Symptom

When creating a new conversion file via the EPM Add-in, the following error is returned:

An unexpected error has occured, please contact your administrator.

Unable to contact the server. There was no endpoint listening at http://<server name>/sap/bpc/files?method=get&return_file_content=true&zip_file=false
