2073695 - load performance - load data slower on IQ16 than IQ15

Symptom

  • Using two identical boxes(1TB memory and 80core) with different versions of IQ
    • One is SAP IQ15.4 ESD#2
    • And another is SAP IQ 16.0 SP08.
  • Loading the same data(one month of the table, about 1.5 million rows), on
    • IQ15.4, it takes 8s
    • Whereas, loading the same data into SAP IQ16.0 PL08 takes 42s.
