How to disable the Learning Plan email notifications for specific users?

Resolution

  • Notification settings are global, either they are on or off;  
  • Users can "opt-out" of certain notifications, Learning Plan Notifications, for example:


Go to:

  1. Admin
  2. System Administration
  3. Application Administration
  4. User Settings
  5. Learning Plan Notification Settings
  6. Check the "Allow User to modify learning plan notification settings" box.

Users can select to not get Learning Plan notifications by:

  • Log in as a user
  • Go to Learning Homepage and click Activities menu at the top-right corner
  • Select Options and Settings
  • Uncheck the "Notify me when..." boxes as required.
