2074402 - Hostname is Longer Than 13 Characters When Installing a Diagnostics Agent - SAP Solution Manager 7.2

Symptom

While installing a Diagnostics Agent, the "Prerequisites Check" fails with the result code "condition not met".

The maximum host name length is 13 but the hostname of the server is longer than 13.
