2074838 - Changing the required date from a curriculum already assigned

Symptom

It's necessary to change the required date from a curriculum already assigned or the required date from items that aren't in a curriculum or program (free-floating items).

Resolution

To change the required date from a curriculum, please proceed according the below steps in the Learning Administration side:

  1. Manage User Learning > Edit Required Dates >

  1. Click "add one or more from list" > Search for the user ID of the user(s) which you would like to update >
  2. Click "Add" to confirm the user selected and then click "Next" >

  1. It's possible to add one or more curriculum in step 2. Then, click "Next" to add items not in a curriculum or program in step 3. Skip step 2 entirely if you want to add only items not in a curriculum or program in step 3 >

  1. In the third step, you can add free floating items. After selecting additional items, click in "Add" and then "Next" >
  1. On the fourth step, you'll set the required date as necessary >

  1. After the value has been changed, please click "Finish".
