1. Find the Item having no Description & Title:

2. Click the Globe Icon:

3. Type the Description for each language you need
4. Save and close:

5. The Title also has a globe icon. Scroll you mouse in the grayed box and it will appear:

6. Type the Title for each language you need. You can also add different locales

7. To add Title for the locale you are logged in with, click in the grayed box
8. You can edit, delete or add a Title:

9. This applies for all instances with the same language as you
