This article explains how to add different language titles and descriptions for items.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log into HCM > navigate to Learning Administration >

2. At Learning Activities > Items > Search and access the desired one >

3. At the "Item Details" tab, locate the "Title" field and click on its globe icon ("Translate") >

4. Choose the language and add the title >

5. Click on "Save" or "Save and Close" at the bottom of the box to save the changes >

6. The same process applies to the "Description" field.

IMPORTANT:

To update the first locale from the 'Translation' pop-up (for example, in the screenshot above it is English United Kingdom), still within Learning Administration, the Learning Admin should navigate to Preferences > update the Active Locale ID to a different locale (for example, English) > click on "Apply Changes". After that, please navigate back to the item to be able to edit the locale.
