Can the customer upload PDFs without purchasing Employee Profile:

• If the need to purchase Employee Profile is based on the assumption that the customer would not have access to their old PM data, then the customer does not need to purchase Employee Profile based on that need. If the customer decides to re-purchase PM in the future; SuccessFactors would enable the PM feature again and the customer's past reviews will be accessible again. The customer would be able to access their old review data as soon as SuccessFactors turned on the PM feature again.
• However, the customer can capture PDF's of all the forms as a physical backup record. These forms could be helpful to have in the event that the customer opt to leave SuccessFactors' PM turned off; but is still required to have access to a physical form copy for legal reasons. The PDF copies may also be helpful if the customer decides to migrate to a different system and end up wanting to upload those PDF files into a different system, or if the customer decides to eventually purchase Employee Profile from SuccessFactors.
