Template Changes

Currently you can only see the last modified date of the form template:

• Admin tools > Manage Templates > Performance Review tab > Under the Updated On column, can see the date the form template was last modified

Route Map Audit Trail

• You can find the audit trail by navigating to the performance form > in the upper right-hand corner, select Actions > Info about this form.
  • The Properties section shows the information present at the time the form was created.
  • The Routing Map shows Type, Stage, Employee, Step, and Status. 
  • The Audit Trail shows: Currently With, Employee, Action, Comments, Status, and Act By. Some of the steps may display as links which allow you to drill into the form to see form information for that step. You cannot drill into steps you do not have permission to see so not all steps may be clickable.

Audit Framework

• The Performance Management module does not integrate separately with the Comprehensive Audit Report. 
• Some audit information can be pulled using Ad Hoc reports and other related data reports already present in the system. Product Support cannot report on any data that is NOT already available in standard reports.
• For additional reporting capabilities, customers can use Story Reports. More information is in Using Stories in People Analytics - Enabling Stories in People Analytics and Using Stories in People Analytics - Configuring Identity Authentication Settings for Instances Using Corporate Identity Providers.
  
  

GDPR Change Audit Reports for Performance Form Module

Apart from the above Audit Framework for Performance Forms, Change Audit Report can be created for Personal Data for Performance Management Module, but kindly please note the change logs are only generated when a form is routed. Therefore, the audit report captures only the final change made to the form before it is routed to the next step, and not the intermediate changes made while the form remains in the same step.
