2075972 - The Comment Box is Missing From the Send to Next Step Page When Routing a Form - Performance Management

• Routing comment box is not visible when submitting a form.
• When sending a form to the next person, the user is unable to enter a comment for the next recipient because the Email Notification Comments box is missing.
• Comments from the sender cannot be added to the Document Routing Notification Email

• The [[DOC_COMMENT]] token is missing from the body of the Document Routing Notification email template
• The Document Routing Notification template is not enabled

Note: The following are different scenarios where users will not have the option to include a comment when routing a form to the next step:

• When the recipient of the form is the same as the sender.
• When the form is routed to Completed.
• When there are no form recipients.

1. Ensure the Document Routing Notification is enabled
• Admin Center > Company Settings > E-Mail Notification Template Settings
• Make sure the box next to Document Routing Notification is checked
• Click “Save Notification Settings” on the very bottom of the page.
2. Add the [[DOC_COMMENT]] token to the Document Routing Notification email template
• Admin Center > Company Settings > E-Mail Notification Template Settings > Click on Document Routing Notification to select the template
• If the option Specify Different Template for Each Form is selected, select the desired form from the dropdown and click "Switch to"
• Enter the token [[DOC_COMMENT]] in the body of the template 
• Click "Save Changes"

Note: The token will need to be included in all languages enabled in the environment, to check another language select the language from the dropdown and click "Switch to"
