2076122 - Create New Form Button Still Appears in Performance Inbox - Performance Management

• Why is “Create New Form” button still available under PM Inbox when a user does not have permissions to create any Performance forms?
• You can permission individual users so that each employee or manager can launch their own form or a form for their employees from their inbox. Permissioned users will see a Create New Form button. Scenario is when Role Base Permissions (RBP) are used.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. In RBP Manage Permission Roles, for the Permission to Create Form, deselect any PM Templates from the list.
2. Go to Performance Inbox, notice that Create New Form button still appears for the user.
   
   

User has permission to create forms selected for other templates such as Compensation and Requisition forms. Regardless if user no longer has permission to create PM forms, the system shows the “Create New Form” button option under Performance Management if user still has permission to create forms for other templates such as Job Requisition and Compensation templates. This is expected behavior of the system.

Check whether the user has the Permission to Create Forms for any Requisition or Compensation templates in All the permission roles assigned for that user. To hide the Create New Form button, revoke the Permission to Create Forms for all templates in the system.
