2076123 - Manage Data - Capture Historical Manager ID for VarPay using <meta-hist-mgr> attribute in meta-sect of PM form

When the History Processor is ran, it creates data in the VP Employee History File which is displayed in the VP Employee History Editor. If an employee transfers to a new manager in a second or subsequent assignment, the History File shows the previous assignment.

SuccessFactors Variable Pay

• When there is a manager change via import or Modify Document Transfer, the original Manager ID is captured in the PM form and therefore can be retained and can be used by the Variable Pay program.
• <meta-hist-mgr> attribute in meta-sect of the PM form is needed to capture this information so that the Variable Pay program correctly shows historical Manager info as opposed to using the current Manager on record.
• Logic = If historical Manager exists in PM form, Manager field of Employee History is set as historic Manager, else Manager field is set as Manager in user directory.
