How do I change the name or Form Title for a launched form?

Changing the name of a specific form can be accomplished through the following steps:

1. Go to Admin Center > Form Template Settings. Select the form template that requires the form name to be changed
2. Enable the following option:
• Enable form title editability in Form info page (V10)
3. Log / Proxy in as the owner of form
4. Go to the PM inbox, and on the form list, select the "i" button from the desired form
5. • The form title in the info section can be changed

Note: To ensure any future launched forms have the correct title, change the Template Name on the form template
