2076613 - It is not Possible to Select the Tax Return Type EC Sales List

You want to set up Tax Return Type 3- EC Sales List - however it is not shown in the selection box.

1.  Go to the Tax Management workcenter
2.  Choose the sub-view EC Sales List Runs in the Periodic Tasks view.
3.  Click New - Tax Return Run.
4.  Open the selection box in Tax Return Arrangement ID.
5. You expect to choose the Tax Return Type EC Sales List but it is not available.

Master Data for the tax authority must be maintained before using this Tax Return Type 3 -EC Sales List.

In order to enable the system to select this tax return type, you have to set up the tax authority master data accordingly.

1.  Go to the Tax Management workcenter.
2.  Go to the sub- view Company Tax Arrangements in the Tax Authorities view.
3.  Mark the respective tax authority and click Edit.
4.  Go to ab Company Tax Arrangement tab.
5.  Go to the Tax Return Arrangements tab.
6.  Click Add Row and maintain tax return type 3 - EC Sales List.
