2076624 - Can't see my own forms in the Performance Inbox- Performance Management

• Why can't I see my own form in my Inbox folder, but it does display by clicking on "All Forms".
• What is My Direct Reports option in My Forms > Inbox page?

The Inbox can display either My Direct Reports or All forms, depending on the Radio button selected at the top of the My Forms > Inbox page.

If My Direct Reports is selected, then my own forms will not be displayed.

Other reasons you cannot see your own forms are:

1. The form is En Route folder to another person on the route map, and can be found in the In Progress > En Route box.
2. The form is already Completed, and can be found in the Completed folder.
