When launching a PM form, the section introduction text is not being shown.

A msgkey value is defined within the <name-sect-intro> tag on the form tempate. Since this value has not been defined at this stage on the form template, this results in the section introduction text to be hidden.

• It will be necessary to remove the msgkey associated with the section introduction
• You can update your msgkey values with its associated translation import file.
