Symptom
Environment
- Variable Pay.
Cause
- Missing a Currency Conversion Rate Table.
- Tip for Support or Partners: When you go to provisioning form templates and select the template and try to save you see a message: Error: the compensation currency conversion table does not exist in the system. Please check the name and try again.
Resolution
- It is now mandatory to have a Currency Conversion Rate Table in Variable pay module.
- The table need not to contain any data but there should be a table in the system.
- The default table name is COMP_CURRENCY_CONVERSION.
- If in the past you never used Currency Conversion Rate tables then you should create a table named COMP_CURRENCY_CONVERSION in the system.
- To create the Currency Conversion Rate Table please follow the following steps:
- Login to the instance.
- Go to Admin tools(Old).
- Search for Manage Currency Conversion Rate Tables and click on it.
- Enter COMP_CURRENCY_CONVERSION in the ‘Name’ column and click on create.
- Once done you’ll see the conversion table on the same screen.
- Now try to change the Bonus Dates.
