2077447 - PortletException when accessing User Settings screen - EIS

• When accessing the SAP Enterprise Inventory and Service-Level Optimization (EIS) UI menu, Settings -> User Settings, you get the message:
        Error Code: status.fatal.com.smartops.webapp.frontend.suif.portal.PortletException
  
  
• The EIS (SmartOps) application log file shows error messages like the following:

• Error occurred in dispatching request to servlet [/G3/features/user/UserMgmt.jsp].
• Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method java.lang.String.equals(java.lang.Object) of a null object loaded from local variable 'scenarioName'
