Symptom
- Customers want to exchange large files (dumps, traces, log files) with SAP Product Support, which cannot be attached to an case and remote analysis is not possible.
- How can customers configure and use an FTP client to upload files to the SAP Secure FTP server, using Filezilla, lftp or curl for example?

Environment
Customer host machine outside the SAP corporate network that contains files requested by SAP Product Support and for Windows, FileZilla client 3.5.x and above installed or for LINUX lftp or curl is available.
