2078033 - How to enable or disable the Send Form button - Performance Management

• This document explains how you can disable the Send Button on the PM form for live forms.
• This is helpful if you want to prevent the users from being able to send forms forward until the administrator enables the button.

Disable Send Button for Forms

To disable the Send Form button for live forms:

1. Go to Admin Center > Form Template Settings.
2. Select your template.
3. Check the "Disable Send button" checkbox and click on Update Form Template. This takes effect immediately on live forms.

To enable the Send Form button for live forms:

1. Go to Admin Center > Form Template Settings.
2. Select your template.
3. Uncheck the "Disable Send button" checkbox and click on Update Form Template. This takes effect immediately on live forms.

Note: The Send to next step button will be disabled in all forms regardless of the step the form is currently on Modify stage. Also, if you have autoroute options enabled and have set dates for when a form will automatically move then that will still happen. Disabling the button only prevents a user from manually sending the form on.
