Symptom
Employee history is blank and filter fields are not appearing in the variable pay template.

Reproducing the Issue
- Run "Import Employee History from Employee Central"
- The job completes successfully and shows ** employees imported
- Go to Edit Employee History
- Notice it is blank and filter options are missing:
Cause
This is a design behavior when Enable Assigner Based functionality is enabled in Provisioning.
Resolution
- Enable Assigner Based functionality only allows a specific user to access the employee history.
- This user will be associated with an Assigner Id field containing the ID of the planner.
- When that planner logs in and accesses employee history he will only see those users assigned to him.
- This functionality has nothing to do with Assignment-based Rating.
- It has been specifically implemented for customers who wanted to prevent administrators from being able to import/modify Employee History.
- In many cases, you won’t be able to generate any form, receiving a notification saying form creation was successfully, but 0 forms were created.
Note: Your Implementation Partner, who has access to Provisioning, can assist you by disabling the functionality as needed.
