You can configure your Data Model to store compensation data in Employee Central.
To do this, you must:
- Contact SuccessFactors Customer Success to make sure that your data model is configured to support this. You will need to submit a new change request if this is not currently part of your setup.
- Log in to the SuccessFactors Application with administrative privileges.
- Ensure that you have at least one completed plan.
- Use the Store Compensation Data in Employee Central feature.
- In Comp Admin 2.0 go to Admin Tools > Compensation Home >
- Select your plan > Complete Cycle > Publish Data > Store Compensation Data in Employee Central.
- Note: To use this command in Admin tools, you must ensure that at least one compensation plan has been completed. You select a template on which the completed plans have been created, and then submit. This will add compensation data to employee's EC fields who are included in the completed compensation plan(s).

- Check the EC/HRIS screens of the employees in the hierarchy to see if the data was successfully pushed to EC.
