2078135 - Manage Data with EC - Eligibility rules support for non Employee Central records - Variable Pay

• Variable Pay did not support eligibility rules for Non Employee Central Records.

• Variable Pay

• SuccessFactors now supports eligibility rules for non employee central records.  This feature applies to clients who have enabled variable pay programs using both Employee Central and imported employee history records

• Internal: Requires configuration change in the data model adding a new mapping for varPayEmpHistData

• Section: <data-field id="recordType" field-name="vfld15" max-length="4000" max-file-size-KB="1000">

• The value of recordType could be:
   
  blank: non-ECT (default)
   
  1: ECT
   
  2: PM processor

• Once the above is enabled in Admin Tools within Admin Tools -> Variable Pay Program you will see the option: 6. Import Employee History from Employee Central.  Also the manage eligibility rules link will be accessible in var pay admin.  This link is disabled, if the EC enabled program ONLY retrieves records from Employee Central.
