- When using Employee Central today, the basis configuration is set at the program level and therefore requires the basis source to be the same for all eligible employees. For example basis is calculated using custom fields on the job info record for bonus percent and earnings OR basis calculated using pay component groups, but NOT both in single program. The admin user selects multiple basis sources. If multiple sources for bonus target are selected, the overriding priority will be based on the listed order. Screenshot in admin tools:
