2078172 - Manage Data with EC - Pay guide is displaying NA instead of values - Variable Pay

Symptom

  • Frequency of pay range must match pay frequency of employee. If there is a mismatch, pay guide will display with NA values.
     

  • Pay guide is displaying "NA" instead of values.

Environment

  • Variable Pay

Cause

  • Frequency of pay range does not match pay frequency of employee.

Resolution

  • Frequency of pay range must match pay frequency of employee.  It will happen even if there is a mismatch in frequency, currency, payGrade or any of the attributes. Check your data and correct via import.
