2078565 - Variable Pay - Live Profile View Individual View in employee currency

Live profile view enables managers and employees to view an empoyees Variable Pay pay-out within employee profile.

This information is displayed by default in functional currency. However, this can be redefined to display pay-outs in the employee's currency.

This can be done by creating a change request which will modify the form template.

To enable live profile view for Variable Pay, navigate to Plan Setup>Settings> Calculation Settings> Live Profile Visibility.

Why is Variable Pay Individual View within employee profile only displaying in functional currency?

The individual view in live profile is shown in functional currency by default in Variable Pay templates.

The drop-down menus within individual view will only show functional currency.

Is it possible to have this view show employee local currency?

Yes. This can be made possible by updating the template xml of the plan. This can be down either by customer support or through your partner.

Please ensure the following is defined within your template xml.

<liveprofile-view-visibility><![CDATA[2]]></liveprofile-view-visibility>

From the live profile view you will see the following.

If you have a 0 here then the profile view is disbaled. This can be checked and enabled through Plan Setup>Settings> Calculation Settings> Live Profile Visibility.
