Detailed Feature Description: |
Customers may create new VarPay Statement Template from SuccessStore, and edit it by template editor. |

Use Case: |
Add VarPay statement template from SuccessStore, and edit the template content, and add/remove fields or groups. |
- Go to Admin Tools > Variable Pay > Actions for All Plans > Manage Statements.
- Select variable pay statement template and click “Add to my Instance” button, then the template will be added.

Click the link of the template name, then edit content.
- Note: Data that comes from Employee Central cannot be changed to come from other employee profile fields for statements. Employee data that resides natively in EC must come from EC in Varpay statements to avoid conflicts. Some limitations may exist in the ability the customize data sources when EC is enabled for your program.
Preview & Validate Statements Before Launching
- You can review your statements before launching to your end users.
Go to Admin Tools > Variable Pay > Actions for All Plans > Manage Statements > Add/Edit Statements > Preview Column > Click the Preview icon/button.
