2078685 - Performance Management Team Overview Missing Direct Reports After Manager Change

Symptom

Not all direct reports appear under the Team Overview page after manager change occurred.

Reproducing the Issue

Cause

Manager transfer options were not selected when updating the hierarchy

Resolution

You can manually move the forms to the new manager by following the steps in Implementing and Managing Performance Management - Transferring Forms to New Manager.

If Manager transfer options were not selected when updating the hierarchy, the form will not transfer to the new manager causing the employee to now show in the Team Overview page. When updating an employee’s manager, ensure to select manager transfer options to move all form content to the new manager. Documentation on how to do this is in the below pages:
