Not all direct reports appear under the Team Overview page after manager change occurred.

Manager transfer options were not selected when updating the hierarchy, even though the options are selected on the form template.

If Manager transfer options were not selected when updating the hierarchy, even though the options are selected on the form template, the form will not transfer to the new manager causing the employee to now show in the Team Overview page. When updating an employee’s manager, be sure to select manager transfer options to move all form content to the new manager. This will ensure that all direct reports will appear under Team Overview for the new manager.
