The help text in My Team can be changed through label translation using Admin Center > Manage Languages. For the detailed instructions, please refer to this article 2576546 - Working with Manage Language Feature.

You can control the mouseover or help text for the route map steps in the Team Overview page by updating the text in your actual route map. What you see in your team overview for the route steps is controlled by what was set in your route map at the time of launch. To change this text, go to Admin Center > Manage Route Maps > [Select the step] > Show advanced options > Change the text in Step Introduction & Mouseover text. Note: Changes will only apply to new forms.
