How to pull a PM form's overall section rating using the Detailed Document Search report

SAP Successfactors Performance Management

1. Go to Reporting Menu and click the "Swicth to Classic View" button.
2. Go to  "Classic Reporting" link and select "Detailed Document Search"
3. Select the "Employee Document Folder Search" radio button if you want to pull a specific user's PM folder (Inbox, En Route, Completed and Draft folder)

   You may also specify a specific form based on the different criterias by selecting the "Detailed Search" radio button.

4. To pull the overall section rating of the PM form, click the "Open Export Options >>" link.
5. Select the checkboxes for "Rating" and "Section Name" in the Document Content fields.

7. Click the "Generate Report" button.
8. Export the file in excel format.

Note: Data selected in Export Options will be exported when the report is exported using the Export Doc Contents (Compact) or Export Doc Contents buttons.
