Symptom

How do I graphically view the status of forms grouped by workflow?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

Resolution

  1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Dashboards > Manage Standard Dashboards and YouCalc Files. 
  2. Click Add from Success Store.
  3. Look for Performance Dashboard and click on Add to Instance.
  4. Enter the Dashboard Name and you can also set the Filters.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Go to Reports. It will open the Dashboards tab. Select the dashboard from the drop down.
  7. For those using Reports Center, the dashboard will be available from the list.
  8. Choose Form Status Grouped by Workflow tile.

Note: This procedure requires the user to have appropriate detailed reporting and dashboard permissions.
