Symptom
The error message "Internal error - access to LT_ADTEL" (Message no. AM892) is received when:
- Displaying a User, Business partner, customer, vendor, etc.
or - Deleting the telephone or mobile phone number

This error message can come in many different transactions as the affected BAS (Business Address Services) tables are cross client.
