Open a claim submission document from Web UI, error "Document is being distributed; changes are not possible." is shown. In the meanwhile if you check the Bdoc in queue name R3AD_CSD_* from T-Code SMW01, status is "Sent to Receivers". The inbound queue R3AD_CSD_* stuck in status "SYSFAIL" with error message: "Transaction is being processed by user".
