Symptom

SMD Agent Administration has different number of agents depending on Solution Manager 7.10 application server connected to

For example http://solmansrv1.domain.com:port/smd/AgentAdmin returns 200 online agents
http://solmansrv2.domain.com:port/smd/AgentAdmin returns 230 online agents

The refresh time is the same for data above - and although number of agents change when refreshing the delta on number of online/offline agent does not vary much

Restarting the Solution Manager Java stack may make the issue go away temporarily
