2080097 - Import Employee Data - end-date field

Symptom

  • What date do I put in the end-date field that appears in some of the import files?

Environment

        SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Employee Data Imports 

Resolution

  • Manually maintaining end-date can lead to data inconsistencies and UI errors.
  • Please leave the end-date column blank in all EC related import files.
  • The system will calculate the correct end-date to use to ensure there are no gaps in the Effective Dated data structure.
