2080124 - EEM Scripts stopped to work after the Solman update to 7.10 SP12

Symptom

After update the Solution Manager to release 7.10 SP12 the EEM scripts are not being executed at all. In the eem.*.log of one affected robot (SMDAgent) the following error is shown:
