2080261 - Schedule event doesn't get triggered after a successful schedule

1. Create a new Schedule Event using: CMC > Events > System Events: New > New Event and selecting Type Schedule
2. Schedule a Web Intelligence document selecting the previuosly created Event in the section Events to trigger on completition
3. Schedule another document requiring the previous event to complete.

The second document is still pending because the first event is never triggered.
