Symptom

  • When clicking on a specific Business Security Profile of a universe in Information Designer Tool, below error appears:
    "Universe access failure Unable to load security for Universe ID XXX.(IDT 022123)"
  • Even after deleting the Business Security Profile, the issue persists when creating a new one.
