2080282 - Language display issues on multiple application areas

1.When you logon with EN to the system and run reports below,you find the texts are in German language.

Or when you logon with JA to the system and run the following transactions,you find the texts are in English language.

2. Run MM03-> select a Material-> click the 'Select views' (F5) button.
The system displays ****************** instead of the name of the views in the logon language.

3. The dump texts will be displayed in German language in ST22 even when you logon with a language other than German.

4.You get junk characters like # or * in the following screen.

SE51->Input some program name and screen number->Select "layout editor"->Click "Display" button.

5.When you use some device type during printing, you get junk characters like #. For example, when you use device type TWSAPWIN,  some character is shown as #. But if you change the device type to SWINCFT, the text is correct then.

6. Some translations are missing in the following tables. The table either contains blank or supplemented langauage texts if you search with the target language key.

7.In some transactions, for example:ME23N, you find you can't fill in Thai language to item texts mode "1 Continuous-text editor" but you can fill in Thai language to short text and copy from short text to item texts. However mode "2 Line editor" and "3 SAPscript editor" can fill in Thai language.

This issue is introduced with SAP GUI 7.40 PL9.

 8.You have followed the note 1935497 to finish all the steps. And you find the texts in RSA1 are still in English when you logon with other language(eg:JA or ZH)
