2080805 - Create route or dataserver fails "libgcc_s.so.1 must be installed for pthread_cancel to work" - SRS

Symptom

  1. While creating route with Replication Server with embedded RSSD, encountered error:
       libgcc_s.so.1 must be installed for pthread_cancel to work.  Route creation does not complete.

    or

  2. While configuring a dataserver in SAP ASE 16.0, encountered error:

       /opt/sybase/ASE-16_0/bin/srvbuildres: error while loading shared libraries:
      libgcc_s.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
