2080884 - How to "Reject" Pre-Approved Requisitions in Route Map - Recruiting Management

This new feature allows the requisition approvers to "reject" their approval by sending the requisition back to the previous approver. Better manage the requisition approval process, representing both approvals and rejections.

This feature must be turned on for each individual requisition templates. This is done in Admin Tools.

1. Go to Admin Tools;
2. Form Templates Settings;
3. Select the desired form template to be changed (always type "Job Requisition");
4. Enable "Enable form routing to previous step".

Important note: This functionality will allow approvers to reject job requisitions under the approval process and send them back the previous approver in the pipeline. If it is required to revert the job requisition more than one step back, every single approver will have to reject the form on its own step until it gets to the required approver again.
