• Job Postings are not visible to some employees; however proxied in as those employees you are able to access and view the career tab and jobs.
  

• Recruiting Management.

• Check Provisioning options.  If in provisioning, the company instance does not have any of following options turned on: -
• Enable Multi-language Job Search
• Enable Default Search to All Languages
• (with the appropriate search filter settings), then it is the expected behavior that the user will only see the jobs posted in the user's logged-in locale.
• Once provisioning options are enabled check users language settings.  Users using 'default_LOCALE' will have no jobs visible for this user.
• Have the user to go to 'Options'>'Change Language', select an appropriate language and click save.
