- If the question is related to the integration (single sign-on) between SuccessFactors and Jobvite, please open a ticket for Customer Success with SuccessFactors.
- If the request is for Jobvite product, there are three ways to ask support directly to Jobvite:

- Call our support line at 855-315-4473 (HIRE)
- Please make sure to include SuccessFactors somewhere in the messages so that Jobvite support can understand that this is about SuccessFactors customers.
