2081410 - Cannot Copy Existing Requisition - Error: Unable to process your request. Please contact your configuration team for assistance - Recruiting Management

Getting an error when trying to copy from an existing requisition: "Error: Unable to process your request. Please contact your configuration team for assistance."

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Job Requisition Dashboard
2. Create New
3. Select Copy Existing Job Requisition
4. Enter Job Requisition ID
5. Error occurs: 

"Error: Unable to process your request. Please contact your configuration team for assistance."

• The user does not have the permission to create forms based on the same Job Requisition template as the one on which the requisition the user is trying to copy.
• The feature 'Use Job Profiles in Requisitions' has been enabled. However, the job requisition that the user is trying to copy is not associated with a job profile.

Permission issue:

Grant the following permission to the user: General User Permission > Permission to Create Forms (Select the Job Requisition templates)

Job Profile issue:

When the feature 'Use Job Profiles in Requisitions' is enabled, a job requisition cannot be copied without a job profile.

Please create a new job requisition. Alternatively, select a job profile for the old job requisition and copy from it.
