Resolution
AS AN EMPLOYEE
1. Click on the careers tab > my candidate profile.
2. Since the company already knows an individual's information, that information typically shouldn't need to be entered and therefore should already populate. Does it? Should it?
3. Are the desired fields required?
4. Are any fields missing?
5. Do any fields appear that shouldn't?
6. Do the fields appear in the correct order?
7. Do the fields appear in the correct section?
8. Are the fields the correct field type? For example, does the "date available" field accept a date as input?
9. Do the dropdowns display the correct contents?
AS AN EXTERNAL CANDIDATE
1. Access the external website and drill into the candidate profile.
2. Is the intro text appropriate for an outside candidate?
3. Are the desired fields required?
4. Are any fields missing?
5. Do any fields appear that shouldn't?
6. Do the fields appear in the correct order?
7. Do the fields appear in the correct section?
8. Are the fields the correct field type? For example, does the "date available" field accept a date as input?
9. Do the dropdowns display the correct contents?
