2081434 - Binary load failing on a "date" - SAP IQ

Symptom

  • While loading binary extracted data from Solaris to Linux using following setup gives an error:

dbisqlc -c "uid=dba;pwd=sql;dbn=TEST_DB;eng=TEST_SERVER" -q LOAD_SCRIPT.SQL
Error in file "LOAD_SCRIPT.SQL" at line 32
Cannot convert  to a date (column date)

  • Source environment :   SAP IQ running on Solaris using SPARC chip architecture
  • Target environment :    SAP IQ running on Linux using x86 architecture
