• How to set up status-triggered emails? This means, an email is sent when application is placed into a status in the pipeline (example: disqualification status).
• Is it possible to send different email templates when a candidate is placed in a status?
• Is it possible for the recipient to differentiate if the applicant is external or internal?

Each status can be associated with Email templates. Email notifications are triggered when a candidate is moved to a different status. The status in which the application is placed will be the one triggering the email notification.

Since the email notification is status-triggered, if a candidate is moved to same status again, it will trigger the email notification one more time.

Different email notifications can be sent to the candidate and operators. It's also possible to asisgn different email template that will be received by internal candidates and external candidates.

When sending status-triggered notification to operators, there's currently no feature that will let the operators determine if the applicant is internal or external.

To add this configuration, the changes are performed in Admin Center > Edit Applicant Status Configuration.

It is only possible to send different email templates based on recipient type (internal or external candidate, recruiter, hiring manager, originator, etc.). It is not possible to have different emails sent to recipients based on their location or job requisition template being used.
