Resolution
- Server info are often required to troubleshooting any problem and is best practice for a customer to provide the server info when file a ticket for Customer Success
- The server info is providing the timestamp and the actual application server used to display the page. Without these information it is often not possible to continue troubleshooting
- The server info is easy to retrieve in the internal system after the login: it is often located on the bottom of the page or in the home page after clicking the “?” icon
- However in the external recruiting website the server info is not available through a button or link, but it is still possible to retrieve:
- Right click on the page and select “View source” or “View page source”

- Scroll down on the bottom of the page until find something like:
