Is it possible to hide the Career Tab for specific users?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

It is possible to grant or revoke permission to see and access the Career Tab for specific users.

That can be done through Role Base Permission by following these steps:

1. Go to Manage Permission Roles
2. Select role you wish to grant or revoke the permission
3. Click on Select...
4. Go to Recruiting Permissions > Careers Tab Permission
5. Save the changes

Once permission is revoked, these individuals cannot be forwarded to job requisitions.

If they had applied to job requisitions, these jobs will be no longer visible to the applicant bacause their Internal Career Site permission has been revoked.

Use cases:

• If only a specific population of users is allowed to apply to internal job requisitions, this can be achieved via this permission.
