SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

• Recruiting supports document attachments. This means that candidates can now upload their resume or other document in Word format, PDF format, or plain text format into SuccessFactors. Once the attachments are uploaded, recruiters can search and view these attachments (like resumes) in the system, too. Each document file size has a default Max size of 5MB but can be increased to 10MB.
• This can be done by updating the Attachment User Limit in Provisioning > Company Settings or Admin Center > Company System and Logo Settings > Document Attachment section
• The files for Candidate Profile are not encrypted. They are, however, extremely difficult to access due to the amount of precise information you'd need in order to access those files from the data centers.
• If you're interested in allowing candidates to upload attachments, contact your Partner, and if you don't have one, please raise a case for SuccessFactors Customer Success.

Note to Partners:

To enable this feature -

1. Go to Provisioning.
2. Select Company Settings.
3. Scroll down to the Recruiting section.
4. Select the Enable Attachments checkbox.
5. Click Save.
